The garden center and landscape supply business shall be allowed to operate from <br />7:00 am. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on <br />Sunday (the Environmental Cleanup Building must comply with the hours listed in <br />condition 13), provided no heavy equipment is used. A small bobcat may be used to <br />load vehicles. The garden center and landscape supply business shall comply with <br />the existing hours of operation on Monday through Saturday. <br />15.One monument advertising sign not to exceed 40 square feet and one business <br />identification/direction sign not to exceed 32 square feet shall be permitted on the <br />property. The signs shall not exceed 10 feet in height. <br />16. None of the existing buildings located on the property shall be used for retail sales. <br />17.
