2. CONCLUSION/STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />These steps will finalize the approval process of the WRMP. The plan will then be <br />implemented and incorporated in the 2040 Comprehensive Plan for approval by the <br />Metropolitan Council. The Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of <br />the ordinance adopting RCWD Rules C, D, E, and F. <br />Staff recommends the following: <br />1. Approve the resolution adopting the Water Resources Management Plan <br />2. Approve the ordinance adopting RCWD Rules C, D, E, and F, by reference <br />3.
