Motion carried. <br /> Parks Commission Annual Report <br /> Parks Planner Shayla reviewed the 2018 goals and the action items related to them. <br /> Accomplishments of the Parks Commission included the master planning of Clearwater Creek <br /> Preserve, visioning exercise for Irish Avenue Park, and installation of new playground <br /> equipment at Lions Park. The Commission supported widened shoulders in the Oneka Lake <br /> Boulevard and Harrow Avenue improvement project to allow for bicycle and pedestrian traffic, <br /> and they provided comments on the Clearwater Cove, Oneka Place, Adelaide Landing <br /> Developments. Minor Park improvements were done by the Public Works Department as time <br /> permitted. Recreation programs such as Park Play Days, Memory Cafe, Bazillion Performances, <br /> Snow Princess Performers, and the Tour de Hugo were done in partnerships with Washington <br /> County Library, Sheriff's Office, White Bear Lake Schools, and/or other local sponsors. <br /> Approval of the Consent Agenda <br /> Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br /> 1. Approval of Claims <br /> 2. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Neal Nelson <br /> 3. Approve Agreement with Northeast Youth and Family Services <br /> 4. Approve CUP Review for Kieger Enterprises - 5885 165th Street North <br /> 7. Approve CUP Review for Bald Eagle Sportsman Association - 6557 125th Street North <br /> 8. Approve Advertisement for Public Works Summer Seasonal Workers <br /> 9. Approve Adopting of New Water Resource Management Plan <br /> 10. Approve Ordinance Adoption Rice Creek Watershed District Rules <br /> 11. Approve New MOU with Rice Creek Watershed District <br /> 12. Approve Resolution Restricting Parking on 130th Street from TH61 to Goodview Avenue <br /> 13. Approve Lawful Gambling Exempt Permit for MN Waterfowl Association <br /> 14. Approve Appointment of Colin Emans as Training Captain on the Fire Department <br /> 15. Approve Appointment of Ross Hoernemann as Administrative Captain on the Fire Department <br /> 16.
