Oneka Place 2nd Addition Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement <br />DATE: February 28, 2019, for the City Council Meeting of March 4, 2019 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: August 17, 2018 (60-days) <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka <br />Place 2nd Addition. Approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement requires a 3/5 vote <br />of the City Council. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement in order to replat <br />14 lots that were proposed to be 55 feet wide in the Oneka Place final plat to create 12 lots that <br />are now proposed to be 65 feet wide. The site is currently vacant. Staff has administratively <br />processed the approval of a PUD modification to allow the increase in lot size. <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council reviewed will review an the preliminary plat and PUD for Oneka Place at its <br />May 21, 2018 meeting. The final plat will replat 12 lots from the Oneka Place final plat. The <br />general street locations and lot layout are the same as the preliminary plat and PUD. The <br />applicant has addressed the conditions of the preliminary plat for revisions to the plans, The lots <br />meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in the regulations for the Oneka Place <br />PUD. <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for Oneka Place 2nd Addition. <br />
