The second <br />addition is a re -plat of Block 5 from the initial Oneka Place. The 2nd Addition plat increases the <br />lot width on lots 1-14 Block 5 from 55-ft to 65-ft, reducing the total number of lots to 12. We <br />have reviewed the following information related to this application: <br />• Oneka Place Construction Plan dated 01/30/19 by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Phasing Plan dated 01/20/19 <br />• Final Plat by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Grading Plan Phase 1 dated 01/24/19 by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Stormwater Management Submittal dated 07/05/18 by Westwood Professional Services <br />• Updated Landscape Plan dated 2/30/19 <br />• Oneka Place Drainage and Utility Easement Vacation <br />Based on the review of the final plat documents, we offer the following comments related to this <br />application: <br />Final Plat <br />1. Appropriate Drainage and Utility easements are provided on each of the lots and Outlot A <br />has drainage and utility easements over it as required. <br />Grading, Street, and Utility Plans <br />2.
