Motion carried. <br />for <br />Hall <br />Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for the Legislative Town Hall <br />Meeting held on February 9, 2019 as presented. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Minutes for the February 12, 2019, HBA Business Breakfast <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the Hugo Area Business <br />Association Business Breakfast and Mayor State of the City Address held on February 12, 2019, <br />as presented <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Jerry Hromatka, President & CEO Northeast Youth & Family Services <br />President and CEO Jerry Hromatka of the Northeast Youth & Family Services (NYFS) presented <br />their annual report to Council. NYFS, located in White Bear Lake, has been providing <br />counseling services to youth and families in the City of Hugo for at least the past 20 years. Jerry <br />explained they serve all ages but mainly the youth. They operate on a 3.3 million budget and <br />
