Motion carried. <br /> Minutes for the February 12, 2019,HBA Business Breakfast <br /> Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the Hugo Area Business <br /> Association Business Breakfast and Mayor State of the City Address held on February 12, 2019, <br /> as presented. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Jerry Hromatka, President & CEO Northeast Youth & Family Services <br /> President and CEO Jerry Hromatka of the Northeast Youth& Family Services (NYFS) presented <br /> their annual report to Council. NYFS, located in White Bear Lake, has been providing <br /> counseling services to youth and families in the City of Hugo for at least the past 20 years.
