RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING APPROVAL OF MODIFICATIONS TO THE MUNICIPAL <br />STATE AID STREET SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA <br />WHEREAS, as a requirement to qualify for state aid funding for streets, it is necessary that the City Council <br />designate certain streets within the City of Hugo to create a Municipal State Aid Street system (MSAS); and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the recommendations of the City Engineer and has approved the <br />modifications to the City of Hugo MSAS. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO: <br />1. That Rosemary Way from Elmcrest Ave N to Victor Hugo Blvd be revoked from the City of Hugo MSAS. <br />2. That Everton Ave N from Frenchman Rd (CR 8) to 142nd St N be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. <br />3. That 142nd St N from Everton Ave N to Oneka Pkwy be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. <br />4. That Oneka Pkwy from 142nd St to Frenchman Rd (CR 8) be added to the City of Hugo MSAS. <br />5. That the City Administrator shall provide a certified copy of this resolution to the City Engineer for <br />transmittal to the Commissioner of the Minnesota Department of Transportation by May 1, 2019. <br />Council members voting AYE: <br />Council members voting NAY: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 1st day of April, 2019. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
