Oneka Place 3rd Addition Final Plat and <br />Development Agreement <br />DATE: April 11, 2019, for the City Council Meeting of April 15, 2019 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: April 15, 2019 (60-days) <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Oneka <br />Place 3rd Addition. Approval of the Final Plat and Development Agreement requires a 3/5 vote <br />of the City Council. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat and development agreement to plat 54 <br />residential lots and 3 oultlots from the Oneka Place preliminary plat. This will develop a 13.7 <br />acre price of property legally described as Outlots J and K, Oneka Place. The site is currently <br />vacant. <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council approved the preliminary plat and PUD for Oneka Place at its May 21, 2018 <br />meeting which included 177 residential lots. At its August 6, 2018, meeting the City Council <br />approved the first phase of the development consisting of 54 residential lots. At its March 4, <br />2019, meeting the City Council approved the replatting of 14 residential lots from the first phase <br />to 12 - 65 foot wide lots for the second phase. This final plat will plat 54 residential lots from the <br />Oneka Place preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements for the <br />Oneka Place PUD. <br />Park dedication has been stratified for the this development with the dedication of Outlot N, <br />Oneka Place. <br />
