The Developer shall pay the City water trunk fee <br />in the amount of $49,392.00. This sum is calculated to be $1,960 per lot, with credit provided for <br />the stormwater reuse/irrigation system based on the anticipated reduction in water demand. The <br />reduction is calculated at 35%, resulting in a trunk water fee amount of $1,176 per lot.
