We have reviewed the following information related to this application: <br />• Frenchman Place 4th (shown 3rd) Addition Final Plat <br />Based on the review of the documents, we offer the following comments related to this <br />application: <br />1. The plat shows existing drainage and utility easements as well as a NSP Transmission <br />Line Easement. <br />2. The plan adequately identifies drainage and utility easements over existing wetlands and <br />proposed stormwater management features identified in the Rosemary Apartments plan. <br />From an engineering standpoint, the proposed plat meets our requirements. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to provide comments on this project.
