If there is not enough room below to describe the event please submit on a <br />separate sheet of paper. <br />The event will be an outdoor gathering from 2:00-5:30. We expect around 100 people to attend and <br />there will be amplified sound for a small band. The event will include hay rides around the property <br />as well as outdoor games (possibly a bounce house). No alcohol will be served. No fees will be <br />collected. 1 or 2 small canopy tents may be used. No balloons, signs or banners. The location on <br />the property will be well away from the public street.
