The revision includes an increase in avoidable wetland impact that requires replacement <br />from 0.165 aces to 0.197 acres. This was an increase of 19% above the original impact amount <br />that was previously approved. MN Rule 8420.0255 Subp. 3A(1)(a) requires a new notice of <br />application and approval if the wetland area to be impacted under the revised replacement plan is <br />increased by more than 10 percent. <br />As part of the revised application, the applicant has included a revised purchase agreement that <br />reflects the amount of wetland replacement credit necessary to replace for the additional wetland <br />impact.
