RESOLUTION NO.2019- <br />CITY OF HUGO <br />WASHINGTON COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />A RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ALONG ROSEMARY WAY <br />FROM EVERTON AVENUE NORTH TO ELMCREST AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Hugo has taken complaints regarding parking along Rosemary <br />Way; and <br />WHEREAS, Rosemary Way is part of our State Aid road network with Rosemary Way not <br />meeting width requirements for unrestricted parking; and <br />WHEREAS, long term plans for Rosemary Way, as identified in the comprehensive plan, would <br />not include parking along Rosemary Way. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hugo, Minnesota, <br />as follows: <br />1. The City of Hugo shall prohibit the parking of motor vehicles along Rosemary Way from <br />Everton Avenue North to Elmcrest Avenue North. <br />This resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hugo on the 6t' day of May, <br />2019, by a vote of Ayes and Nays. <br />ATTEST: <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />(seal) <br />
