Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of Claims <br /> <br />Adoption of the consent agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Utility Billing Clerk Jodie Guareschi <br /> <br />Since June 17, 2002, Jodie worked as the City’s Utility Billing Clerk in the Finance Department. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for Utility Billing <br />Clerk Jodie Guareschi. <br /> <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Tom Smith <br /> <br />Tom Smith was hired by the City of Hugo on June 26, 2000 as a Worker in Public Works <br />Department. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review for <br />Public Works Worker Tom Smith. <br /> <br />Approve Resolution Approving Waters Edge 6th Addition Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement <br /> <br />Hugo Ventures, LLC, had requested approval of a final plat in order to plat 37 lots and 1 outlots <br />on the 13 acre parcel located south of Heritage Parkway along Education Drive in the Waters <br />Edge development. The City Council approved the preliminary plat and PUD amendment for <br />th <br />Waters Edge 6 Addition at its May 20, 2017 meeting. The final plat would plat all 37 villa style <br />th <br />lots from the Waters Edge 6 Addition preliminary plat. The lots met the minimum lot standards <br />and requirements outlined in the regulations for the Waters Edge PUD and the PUD amendment. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Final Plat and Development Agreement for Waters <br />th <br />Edge 6 Addition. RESOLUTION 2019-26 APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND <br />TH <br />DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR HUGO VENTURES, LLC, FOR WATERS EDGE 6 <br />ADDITION. <br /> <br />
