Fable Hill 6th Addition Final Plat and Development <br />Agreement <br />DATE: July 10, 2019, for the City Council Meeting of July 15, 2019 <br />REVIEW DEADLINE: August 6, 2019 <br />1. PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat for Fable Hill 6th Addition. <br />Approval of the Final Plat requires a 315 vote of the City Council. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 16 villa lots and 1 outlots on <br />the 10 acre parcel located north of Fable Hill Road. The site is currently vacant. <br />3. BACKGROUND: <br />The City Council reviewed will review an amendment to the preliminary plat and PUD for Fable <br />Hills 4rd Addition at its August 21, 2017 meeting. The final plat will plat the remaining 16 lots <br />and one outlot from the Fable Hills 4rd Addition preliminary plat. There are no changes to the lots <br />from the preliminary plat. The lots meet the minimum lot standards and requirements outlined in <br />the regulations for the Fable Hills PUD. <br />The park dedication requirement will be met by fee for a total of $38,400 ($2,400 per unit). <br />4. RECOMMENDATION: <br />Staff recommends approval the resolution approving the Final Plat and Development Agreement <br />for Fable Hill 6th Addition. <br />
