Resolution 2019- <br />Fable Hills 61 Addition Final Plat <br />9. Staff will continue to work with the applicant on the lighting plan. Exact locations shall <br />be reviewed and approved by staff prior to installation. <br />10. The landscaping shall be consistent with the landscape plans received on May 27, 2015, <br />and July 7, 2019. Landscaping on each lot shall be installed prior to the issuance of a <br />Certificate of Occupancy for that lot. <br />11. Prior to recording the final plat: <br />a. The applicant shall enter into a Development Agreement and pay all development <br />fees outlined in the Exhibit C of the Development Agreement. <br />b. The 16 lots shall be added as part of the Fable Hills Home Owners Association <br />(HOA) in regards to maintenance of common areas. The 16 lots shall also have an <br />HOA for the maintenance of the lawn areas and other common areas with the plat. <br />The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />c.
