11. Prior to recording the final plat: <br />a. The applicant shall enter into a Development Agreement and pay all development <br />fees outlined in the Exhibit C of the Development Agreement. <br />b. The 16 lots shall be added as part of the Fable Hills Home Owners Association <br />(HOA) in regards to maintenance of common areas. The 16 lots shall also have an <br />HOA for the maintenance of the lawn areas and other common areas with the plat. <br />The HOA documents shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />c. The construction plans shall be revised per the Engineers memo dated July 10, <br />2019, and "red -lined" comments provided to the developer. <br />Fable Hill 6th Addition Development Agreement <br />
