The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Letourneau t and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following members voted in favor thereof: Maslowski, Burkhard, Marier <br />and Letourneau <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />COUNTY OF WASHINGTON) <br />VILLAGE OF HUGO ) <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Clerk of the Village of Hugo, Minnesota, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that I <br />have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes <br />of a meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on the date <br />therein indicated with the original minutes thereof on file in my <br />office and that the same is a full, true and correct transcript there- <br />of insofar as said minutes relate to receiving bids for and awarding <br />the contracts for Waterworks Improvement No. 1960-1. deter- <br />mining the total cost of said improvement and calling for the sale of <br />bonds. <br />WITNESS My hand officially and the official seal of the <br />Village this 'LS_ day of <br />(SEAL) <br />
