Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Minutes for the July 9, 2019 Victor Gardens North Village HOA Meeting <br /> Miron made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the minutes for meeting held with the Victor <br /> Gardens North Village Home Owners Association on July 9, 2019, as presented. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Approval of Agenda <br /> Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the agenda as amended by adding a presentation <br /> of a donation to the Yellow Ribbon Network and notification of an event at Ideal Credit Union. <br /> All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> Special Event Permit for Breakfast on the Farm <br /> An application had been submitted for a Special Event Permit to hold "Breakfast on the Farm" at <br /> the Miron Family Century Farm located at 15250 Homestead Avenue North, on Saturday, <br /> September 7, 2019, from 8:30 — 11:30 a.m. This event required a Special Event Permit because <br /> approximately 1,000 people are expected to attend. <br /> Property Owner Fran Miron spoke briefly about the event saying they held a similar one about <br /> five years ago. This event is celebrating the Farm Bureau's 1001h Anniversary and is an effort to <br /> let the non-agricultural public know more about farming. Chris Cakes of Iowa will be preparing <br /> breakfast, and they are working on having the Washington County Mounted Patrol there. This is <br /> a totally free event. <br />
