<br /> Tour de Hugo on Saturday, September 21, 2019
<br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the City of Hugo, along with many sponsors,
<br /> would be holding the 9 h annual Tour de Hugo on Saturday, September 21, 2019, beginning at 7
<br /> a.m. There are several different ride options that all begin and end at Lions Park, and all
<br /> proceeds from the ride go to support Hugo's parks and trails.
<br /> Schedule City Wide Bus Tour for Saturday, October 5, 2019
<br /> Annually, the City holds a bus tour of the City for Commission members, legislators, school
<br /> board members, and interested residents. This would be the City's 14'h bus tour. City
<br /> Administrator Bryan Bear recommended Council schedule the bus tour for Saturday, October 5,
<br /> 2019, at 10 a.m. The starting location had not yet been determined.
<br /> Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to schedule the citywide bus tour for Saturday, October 5,
<br /> 2019at10a.m.
<br /> All Ayes. Motion carried.
<br /> Fire Department Open House on Saturday, October 5, 2019
<br /> The Fire Department Open House will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 3
<br /> p.m. The Open House will include the Fearless Firefighter Fun Run 5K at 10 a.m. and the Trick-
<br /> or-Treat Run at noon. Registration begins at 9 a.m. Staff recommends Council schedule the Fire
<br /> Department Open House as a meeting if they choose to attend.
<br /> Petryk made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule the Open House on Saturday, October 5, 2019,
<br /> as a meeting.

<br /> Fall Cleanup Event on Saturday, October 12, 2019
<br /> City Administrator Bryan Bear informed Council the annual Fall Cleanup was scheduled for
<br /> Saturday, October 12, 2019, at the Public Works Building from 8 a.m. to noon.
<br /> Live Rescue Demonstration at Keystone Place on Saturday, August 17, 2019
<br /> Weidt added this to the agenda to inform Council they were invited to attend a live rescue
<br /> demonstration using their new ladder truck at Keystone Place on Saturday, August 17, 2019,
<br /> from 10 a.m. —noon.
<br /> Weidt made motion, Haas seconded, to schedule a meeting to attend the live rescue
<br /> demonstration at Keystone Place on Saturday, August 17, 2019, at 10 a.m.
<br /> All Ayes. Motion carried.
