The City reserves the right to refuse any application for <br />any reason it sees fit. <br />• Limit one controller per property address. <br />• If the resident's controller is located outside, you will need to purchase an outdoor <br />enclosure. The City is not responsible for providing an outdoor enclosure. <br />• The City is not responsible for sensor performance or water savings. No warranty or <br />guarantee is provided. <br />• The City has the right to discontinue or amend the grant program at any time. <br />5.
