The <br />opening date of the program will be announced in the <br />newsletter and then reiterated in the utility billing note. <br />Rachio 3 Irrigation Controllers will be bought in <br />Emily Weber <br />1/1/20 <br />8/31/20 <br />bulk by the City and residents will be able to <br />purchase a controller at a reduced rate from <br />the City. The controllers won't be available to <br />residents until spring, making sure to educate <br />residents on the program before they go "on <br />sale."
