Request for <br />site plan approval for a climate controlled self -storage building and a front yard <br />setback variance for the property located at 5560 152nd Street North. <br />DATE: September 16, 2019, for the City Council Meeting of September 16, 2019 <br />ZONING: General Industrial (I-3) <br />LAND USE: Industrial (I) <br />120-DAY REVIEW DEADLINE: October 9, 2019 <br />UPDATE FROM THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2019, PLANNING COMMISSION <br />MEETING: <br />At its meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2019, the Planning Commission considered this <br />request. Staff recommended approval of the site plan and variance request. The applicant spoke <br />to the Planning Commission on the revisions that were made to the plans from the <br />recommendations from the Commission at its last meeting. The Planning Commission agreed <br />that the revised plans addressed their comments and recommendations to the applicant. The <br />Planning Commission unanimously recommended approval of the site plan and variance requests <br />for the three-story climate controlled storage facility located at 5560 152nd Street North. <br />
