Scope of Work <br />System Description: <br />Excel AV Group to sell and install new Video System in the Community Room at City Hall. <br />System Components Include: <br />Video: <br />• New 133" DIA Wall Mounted HD .9 Progressive Porjection Screen Motorized <br />• New 5200 Lumen Laser HD WUXGA Projector Ceiling Mounted <br />• Video switcher to accomadate the various inputs into the system <br />• HDMINGA Wall Plate with HDBT output and Auto switching <br />• HDBaseT Receiver for the Projector <br />• HDBaseT Extender Kit for Room PC HDMI <br />Control: <br />• 1 8-Button Keypad for System On/Off and Source Selection. <br />Client is responsible for providing power at the Projection Screen location and Projector. <br />General Project Conditions: (See contract for additional details) <br />ELECTRICAL <br />-All electrical to be provided by owner unless special arrangements are made. <br />-Electrical requirements to be coordinated with Excel AV Group. <br />-All circuits for audio and video (technical power) to be derived from the same sub -panel, and reference the same <br />ground and neutral bus. <br />-All electrical to be installed and performed in accordance with the NEC and local electrical codes (AHJ). <br />OWNER FURNISHED EQUIPMENT/SOFTWARE (OFE/S) <br />-Performance and maintenance of OFE/S equipment to be responsibility of owner. Excel AV Group is not <br />responsible for broken or non-functional OFE/S equipment. <br />-Unused OFE/S equipment to be disposed of by owner, unless prior agreement specified. <br />NETWORKING <br />-Where necessary, Excel AV Group will provide a closed network for audio, video, and lighting systems. This <br />network will not reside on any client or owner supplied network, but may be visible with an SSID and to the IT <br />department. <br />-Systems where network(s) is/are integrated with a client or existing network, Excel AV Group will coordinate with <br />owner/client. All network(s) will be managed by owner. Any costs associated will be responsibility of owner. <br />STANDARD TRAINING <br />-Single training session provided by Excel AV Group is intended for up to 3 individuals.
