After the Event <br />23. All signage will be removed immediately after the event. <br />24. All trash will be removed from the site, including all parking areas and any <br />trash left on public streets from the event. <br />4. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATION: <br />This event was held the past two years with no impacts to the health, safety, and welfare <br />of the residents of Hugo and participants of this event. In the past, many rodeo events <br />with large crowds have been held on Woodloch Stable property and staff feels it is a <br />suitable site for the "Hellwoods" event. The event will be regularly monitored for impacts <br />to neighbors and traffic and/or unsafe conditions, and the applicant may be required to <br />make changes or shut down the event. Minor changes to this permit may be approved by <br />City staff. Changes staff deems to be significant will require Council review and <br />approval. Staff recommends Council approve the Special Event Permit for "Hellwoods" <br />with the above conditions. <br />4 <br />
