A2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE DRAFT Dec14-17 <br />for review only <br />Chapter 11 <br />Comprehensive <br />Sanitary Sewer Plan <br />The City of Hugo, located in Washington County, has experienced <br />population growth in recent years and anticipates growth to continue� <br />To accommodate the projected population, the City initiated an <br />update to its Comprehensive Sanitary Sewer Plan in accordance with <br />Minnesota Statute 473�513� The purpose of this study is to provide the <br />City with an updated plan to serve future development and to identify <br />existing system facilities and deficiencies.
