Image Placeholder <br />ACOMPREHENSIVE SANITARY <br />SEWER PLAN <br />2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE DRAFT Dec14-17 <br />for review only <br />Table 11-2 Existing Lift Station Information <br />Lift <br />Station <br />Area <br />Year of <br />Construction <br />Pumping <br />Capacity <br />(gpm) <br />Control <br />Panel <br />Age <br />Pump <br />Age <br />1 1973, 2009 380 2009 2009 <br />2 1973 400 1973 1973 <br />3 1998, 2009 190 2009 2009 <br />4 2000 350 2000 2000 <br />5 2003 100 2003 2003 <br />6 2004 120 2004 2004 <br />7 2006 100 2006 2006 <br />8 2006 200 2006 2006 <br />9 2007 515 2007 2007 <br />10 2007 90 2007 2007 <br />Sanitary Sewer Districts <br />To develop the future sanitary sewer trunk system, the ultimate <br />potential service area was divided into major service areas or districts <br />and then divided into Sub-districts� Generally, the selection of these <br />larger district areas is governed by existing topography and/or other <br />existing features such as roadways� The ultimate potential service <br />area for Hugo is divided into twenty-two major sanitary Sewer Districts <br />designated A through V� Map 11-2 shows the major sanitary Sewer <br />Districts and the Sub-districts� The following sections describe the <br />major sanitary Sewer Districts; future improvements to serve the <br />undeveloped districts will be discussed in in the Future Sanitary <br />Sewer System section� It should be noted that the acreage of each <br />district presented below includes both existing developed and future <br />developable acreage� <br />District A <br />Sanitary Sewer District A consists of approximately 320 acres of land <br />divided into three Sub-districts: A1, A2, and A3� <br />Sanitary Sewer Sub-district A1 is located on the west side of Trunk <br />Highway (TH) 61 and south of 122nd Street North� In 2010, an 8-inch <br />sanitary trunk system was installed along Everton Ave to serve existing <br />residential homes that previously had private septic systems� <br />Sanitary Sewer Sub-district A2 is approximately 100 acres of <br />developable land and is located south of 122nd Street on the west side <br />of TH 61 and south of 125th Street on the east side of TH 61� Sanitary <br />Sub-district A3 is approximately 190 acres of developable land, is also <br />located south of 125th Street, and is east of Sub-district A2� Both Sub- <br />districts A2 and A3 are currently not served by a sanitary sewer trunk <br />system and all existing residential homes have private septic systems� <br />Sub-district A3 includes the Oneka Ridge Golf Course� <br />District B <br />Sanitary Sewer District B consists of approximately 65 acres of land <br />and divided into two Sub-districts: B1 and B2� <br />Both sanitary sewer Sub-districts, B1 and B2, are located on the west <br />side of Trunk Highway (TH) 61 and south of 125th Street North� The <br />districts are currently fully developed and served by an 8-inch sanitary <br />sewer that connects to the MCES interceptor at connection point B1 <br />on 124th Street North� The sub-districts are not expected to develop <br />further and the capacity of the 8-inch sanitary sewer is sufficient. <br />District C <br />Sanitary Sewer District C consists of approximately 190 acres of <br />developable land and divided into two Sub-districts: C1 and C2� <br />Both sanitary sewer Sub-districts, C1 and C2, are located on the
