ACOMPREHENSIVE SANITARY <br />SEWER PLAN <br />2040 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN UPDATE DRAFT Dec14-17 <br />for review only <br />Sub-district G2 is serviced by 8-inch and 10-inch sanitary sewer lines <br />and one City lift station, Lift Station No� 6� This sub-district is directly <br />connected to the MCES interceptor at connection point G1 on Fenway <br />Boulevard� Sub-district G2 is not expected to develop further and the <br />capacity of the 10-inch sanitary sewer is sufficient. <br />District H <br />Sanitary Sewer District H consists of approximately 45 acres of land <br />divided into two Sub-districts: H1 and H2� <br />Both sanitary sewer Sub-districts, H1 and H2, are located on the <br />west side of Trunk Highway (TH) 61� Sub-district H1 is located along <br />Europa Court� H1 is currently developed residential and serviced <br />by an 8-inch sanitary sewer system� This Sub-district is directly <br />connected to the MCES interceptor at connection point H1 on Fenway <br />Boulevard� Sub-district H1 may develop further to the west and north <br />in the future which will require an extension of trunk sanitary sewer <br />service from within this district� The capacity of the 8-inch sanitary <br />sewer within this sub-district is sufficient. <br />Sub-district H2 is located along Fenway Boulevard Circle and is <br />serviced by an 8-inch sanitary sewer� This Sub-district is directly <br />connected to the MCES interceptor at connection point H2 on Fenway <br />Boulevard� Sub-district H2 is not expected to develop further and the <br />capacity of the 8-inch sanitary sewer is sufficient. <br />District I <br />Sanitary Sewer District I consists of approximately 610 acres of <br />developable land divided into six Sub-districts: I1, I2, I3, I4, I5, and I6� <br />Sanitary Sewer Sub-districts I1, I2, and I3 are located on the west <br />side of Trunk Highway (TH) 61� Sub-district I1 is located south of <br />140th Street North and is currently only developed adjacent to Fenway <br />Boulevard� There are approximately 150 developable acres in I1 <br />that are currently undeveloped and will require an extension of trunk <br />sanitary sewer service� Sub-districts I2 is serviced by an 8-inch <br />sanitary sewer, and I3 is serviced by both an 8-inch and 18-inch <br />sanitary sewer� Sub-district I2 includes the City Lift Station No� 5 and <br />Sub-district I3 includes the City Lift Station No� 2� These Sub-districts <br />are directly connected to the MCES interceptor at connection point I1 <br />on Fenway Avenue� Sub-districts I2 and I3 are fully developed and are <br />not expected to develop further and the capacity of the 8-inch and 18- <br />inch sanitary sewer is sufficient <br />Sanitary Sewer Sub-districts I4, I5, and I6 are located on the east side <br />of TH 61� Sub-district I4 is located south of 142nd Street North and is <br />currently fully developed and serviced by 8-inch, 10-inch, and 15-inch <br />trunk sanitary sewer. The sanitary sewer flows from this Sub-district <br />is directed to the City’s Lift Station No�2 in Sub-district I3� Sub-district <br />I4 is not expected to develop further and the capacity of the 15-inch <br />sanitary sewer is sufficient. <br />Sub-districts I5 and I6 are currently undeveloped and may develop <br />in the future� When these two Sub-districts develop, an extension of <br />sanitary sewer service from district I4 will be required� <br />District J <br />Sanitary Sewer District J consists of approximately 385 acres of <br />developable land divided into five Sub-districts: J1, J2, J3, J4, and J5. <br />All sanitary sewer Sub-districts within district J are located on the <br />west side of Trunk Highway (TH) 61 and south of Frenchman Road� <br />Sub-district J1 is fully developed medium density residential and <br />commercial and is serviced by an 8-inch and 12-inch sanitary sewer <br />directly connected to the MCES interceptor at connection point J1� <br />Sub-district J2 is fully developed medium and low density residential <br />and is serviced by an 8-inch sanitary sewer directly connected to <br />the MCES interceptor at connection point J2� Sub-district J3 is fully <br />developed medium density residential and commercial and is serviced <br />by an 8-inch and sanitary sewer directly connected to the MCES <br />interceptor at connection point J3� Sub-district J4 is fully developed <br />low density residential and commercial and is serviced by 8-inch to <br />10-inch sanitary sewer directly connected to the MCES interceptor at <br />connection point J4� Sub-district J4 also includes the City Lift Station <br />No� 9� Sub-district J5 has a small region of low density residential <br />developments, which are serviced by an 8-inch sanitary sewer that
