The Business <br />Park areas are served or are intend to be served by urban services <br />including sewer and water and are concentrated in areas that are <br />accessible to key transportation corridors� <br />Minimum Area:20 acres <br />City Utilities:Required for all new development <br />Types of Development: <br />• Wholesale and retail trade establishments for large volume or bulk commercial items, office <br />showrooms and small businesses that have both commercial and industrial characteristics <br />• Businesses with no outside storage <br />Development Location Criteria:• Near arterial access points <br />• In transition areas between residential, commercial and industrial areas <br />Image Placeholder
