A Special Event Permit was required <br /> because there are expected to be 2,500 attendees over the month of October, there will be <br /> amplified sound, and it will extend after dark. This would be the third year this event was held, <br /> and there were no known problems in the past. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the <br /> Special Event permit for the haunted trail to be known as "Hellwoods" subject to conditions in <br /> the staff memo. <br /> Approve Resolution for No Parking on CSAH 7 <br /> In response to a resident's inquiry, staff examined the parking situation along CSAH 7 on the <br /> south side of Sunset Lake between Ingersoll Avenue and slightly south of 125 h Street. The <br /> curve in the road and existing shoulder width makes it difficult for people to park along the road <br /> safely. Public Works Director Scott Anderson had spoken to the County Traffic Engineer who <br /> agreed, and he asked the City to pass a no parking resolution and make a request to the County to <br /> install the signs. Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved RESOLUTION 2019-37 <br /> REQUESTING WASHINGTON COUNTY RESTRICT PARKING ALONG COUNTY ROAD <br /> 7 FROM INGERSOLL AVENUE TO APPROXIMATELY 730 FEET SOUTHWEST OF 125TH <br /> STREET. <br /> Approve Release of the Letter of Credit for OP3 Prairie Village LLC for Waters Edge 5th <br /> Addition <br /> OP3 Prairie Village, LLC, had requested the City release their letter of credit for the Water's <br /> Edge 5 h Addition Development. City staff had inspected the work and found it acceptable. <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the release of the letter of credit being held for the <br /> constructed improvements in the Water's Edge 5 h Addition Development. <br /> Approve Release of the Letter of Credit for OP3 Prairie Village LLC for Prairie Village <br /> 4th Addition <br /> OP3 Prairie Village, LLC, had requested the City release their letter of credit for the Prairie <br /> Village 41h Addition Development. City staff had inspected the work and found it acceptable. <br /> Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the release of the letter of credit being held for the <br /> constructed improvements in the Prairie Village 41h Development. <br /> Approve Pay Voucher No. 5 for Water Tower No. 4 Improvement Proiect <br /> CB&I had submitted Pay Voucher No. 5 for work done on the Water Tower No. 4 improvement <br /> project. Staff found it acceptable for work certified through August 23, 2019. Adoption of the <br /> Consent Agenda approved payment of Voucher No. 5 in the amount of$402,779.28. <br /> Approve Pay Voucher No. 3 for 130th Street Improvement Project <br /> Dresel Contracting, Inc., had submitted Pay Voucher No. 3 for work done on the 130'h Street <br /> improvement project. Staff found it acceptable for work certified through August 31, 2019. <br />
