RESOLUTION NO. 2019 — 46 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND <br />ORDERING QUOTE REQUEST <br />FOR THE 2019 JUDICIAL DITCH 2 MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by the Council, WSB. has prepared plans and specifications <br />for the 2019 Judicial Ditch 2 Maintenance Project, and has presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HUGO, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is on file at City Hall, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2. The City Engineer shall request quotes from contractors for bids upon the making of such <br />improvement under such approved plans and specs. The quote request shall state that <br />quotes must be received via email to the City Engineer by Thursday, November 7th, 2019 <br />at 10:00 AM Central Standard Time. Any bidder whose responsibility is questioned <br />during consideration of the bid will be given an opportunity to address the Council on the <br />issue of responsibility. <br />Council members voting AYE: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />Council members voting NAY: None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted this 21" day of Oc ober 2019. <br />Tom Weidt, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />`J r. <br />Michele Lindau, City Clerk <br />
