14669 Fitzgerald Avenue North • Hugo, MN 55038 <br />PRESENT: Haas, Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />Minutes <br />HUGO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY STUDY MEETING <br />TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2019 <br />5:00 P.M. <br />STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Public Works Director Scot Anderson, <br />Public Works Lead Worker Mike Loeffler, Finance Director Ron Otkin, Finance Coordinator <br />Anna Wobse <br />The Hugo City Council scheduled this meeting to discuss the space needs study for the Public <br />Works Department. The study was done by Oertel Architects, Ltd., and Architect Jeff Oertel <br />was present who reported on the findings of the space need study and presented options for an <br />expansion of the current building. There was discussion on the possible lease of the current <br />building and construction of a new Public Works facility on the City owned property known as <br />Irish Avenue Park.
