He said he understood each community will give what they can afford. <br />The County asked questions about document preservation and storage and if they had items from <br />Hugo. Simonet responded they could store Hugo items and they already have some that were <br />given to them. Hause added they have a lot of donations but no place to store or showcase them. <br />Haas made motion, Miron seconded, to direct staff to work on the request and bring it back to <br />another meeting incorporating the deliberations of Hugo's Historical Commission. <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of the Consent Agenda <br />Petryk made motion, Klein seconded, to approve the following Consent Agenda: <br />1. Approval of Claims <br />2. Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker Kraig Pettee <br />3. Approve Annual Performance Review for Community Development Assistant Emily <br />Weber <br />4. Approve Resolution Establishing Water and Sewer Rates for 2020 <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Approval of Claims <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the Claims Roster as presented. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Public Works Worker <br />Kraig Pettee was hired as a Public Works Maintenance Worker starting November 12, 2018. <br />Kraig had worked the three previous summers as a seasonal worker. Adoption of the Consent <br />Agenda approved the annual performance review of Public Works Worker Kraig Pettee. <br />Approve Annual Performance Review for Community Development Assistant Emily <br />Weber <br />Emily Weber was hired as a Community Development Assistant starting November 26, 2018. <br />Adoption of the Consent Agenda approved the annual performance review of Community <br />Development Assistant Emily Weber. <br />Approve Resolution Establishing Water and Sewer Rates for 2020 <br />Last year the City Council adopted a resolution approving a pro -forma financial guide for water <br />and sanitary sewer operations and established service rates. The Finance Department was <br />directed to update the financial guide and review service rates on an annual basis going forward. <br />
