PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission provided direction to the applicant to provide internal circulation and <br />sufficient screening with approval of a submitted landscape plan and site plan. Site access will be <br />further analyzed upon site plan submittal. <br />The Planning Commission agreed that the request met the criteria necessary to approve the <br />conditional use permit and recommended approval of the resolution and conditional use permit to <br />the City Council. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
