CITY OF HUGO <br />CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br />TO: Bryan Bear, City Administrator <br />FROM: Scott Anderson, Public Works Director <br />SUBJECT: Advertisement for the Sale of Public Works Plow Truck 206-06 <br />DATE: For the City Council Meeting of December 16, 2019 <br />BACKGROUND <br />Approved at the December 18, 2017 City Council meeting was the purchase of a 2018 Mack <br />plow truck for the Public Works Department. This truck has been received and is replacing a <br />2006 Sterling single axle plow truck (206-06). Staff is requesting Council authorization to <br />advertise and hold a sealed bid opening for the sale of the 2006 Sterling plow truck. <br />DESIRED ACTION <br />Staff recommends Council approval for the advertising of Public Works truck #206-06 to be sold <br />under a sealed bid process. <br />
