Resolution 2019-xx <br />Page 2 <br />10. The applicant shall be responsible for all necessary state and local permits. <br />11. The exterior storage area shall be fully screened with fencing around the <br />perimeter of the exterior storage area and additional landscaping along the fence. <br />The building along with the proposed screening will create a buffer between the <br />residential and industrial uses.
