Nelson -Hill Revocable Trust <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS FOR WHICH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS <br />GRANTED: <br />(See attached) <br />ZONING DISTRICT: Agricultural <br />THIS CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ALLOWS FOR THE FOLLOWING: <br />A shared driveway for properties located generally north of 122nd Street North and west <br />of Jody Avenue North are subject to the following conditions: <br />Prior to issuance of a driveway or building permit: <br />1. A wetland delineation will be required for both properties. <br />2. The Easement and Maintenance Agreement shall be reviewed and approved by <br />staff. The applicant shall record the Easement and Maintenance Agreement at <br />Washington County once it is approved by City staff. <br />3. The applicant will need to demonstrate that the area of the proposed shared <br />driveway will not impact any wetlands. If wetlands are proposed to be impacted <br />the applicant shall move the location of the driveway so there would not be <br />impact or acquire the proper permits for impacting a wetland. <br />
