Resolution 2020 - <br />Page 2 <br />6. The preliminary phasing plan is generally approved per plans dated October 22, 2019. <br />The phasing plan shall be revised to include all improvements, such as stormwater <br />management and trails. Any major revisions to the phasing plan shall require PUD <br />amendment. Minor modifications shall be reviewed and approved by staff. <br />a. Phase 1 shall include: <br />i. Access to Egg Lake Road (CSAH 8) shall be reviewed and <br />approved by Washington County. A permit for the connection shall <br />be issued. <br />ii. A neighborhood gathering space central to the overall <br />development, including amenities. <br />iii. Street C shall be constructed to the connection of Street B. <br />b. Phase 2 shall include: N/A <br />c. Phase 3 shall include: <br />i. The connection to Egg lake Road (CSAH 8) shall be constructed. <br />7. The building setbacks and impervious surface coverage requirements for the PUD are <br />as follows: <br />8. A stormwater re -use system, as shown in the plans, shall be constructed with the <br />development. The final plans shall be reviewed and approved by staff. The system <br />will be installed by the applicant, and owned/operated/maintained by the <br />homeowner's association.
