Nord, age 30, and Sergeant Kort <br />Plantenberg, age 28, all of the Minnesota National Guard, were killed in the UH-60 Black Hawk <br />helicopter crash, Thursday, December 5, 2019, southwest of St. Cloud. Mayor Weidt called for a <br />Moment of Silence in remembrance of the three soldiers. <br /> <br />Approve Minutes for the December 2, 2019 City Council Meeting <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the regular City Council <br />meeting held on December 2, 2019, as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approve Minutes for the December 10, 2019, HBA Holiday Party <br /> <br />Klein made motion, Miron seconded, to approve the minutes for the Hugo Area Business <br />Association Holiday Party held on December 10, 2019, as presented. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Approval of Agenda <br /> <br />Weidt made motion, Petryk seconded, to approve the agenda as amended by adding the <br />acceptance of a donation to the Hugo Fire Department from the Hugo American Legion. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Update on Yellow Ribbon Network and Recognition of Sponsors <br /> <br />Council Member Chuck Haas began by providing a report to Council on the Yellow Ribbon <br />Network activities held recently.
