Motion carried. <br /> <br />Schedule Goal Setting Session <br /> <br />City Administrator Bryan Bear explained that every year Council schedules a Goal Setting <br />Session in January to establish goals and on-going priorities for the year. Bear recommended <br />Council select a date on which to hold the Goal Setting Session. <br /> <br />Weidt made motion, Klein seconded, to schedule the Goal Setting Session for Monday, January <br />27, 2020, at 6 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br /> Schedule Local Board of Appeals and Equalization Meeting for Thursday, April 9, 2020 <br /> <br />The Hugo City Council acts as the City’s Local Board of Appeals and Equalization. City <br />Administrator Bryan Bear notified Council Washington County requested the LBAE meeting be <br />held on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Weidt made motion, Petryk seconded, to schedule the Local Board of Appeals and Equalization for <br />Thursday, April 9, 2020, at 5:30 p.m. at Hugo City Hall. <br /> <br />All Ayes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Schedule Winter Recreational Activities <br /> <br />Staff had provide the Council a flyer announcing upcoming recreational activities and <br />recommended Council review the events and let staff know in the future if they wish to attend any. <br /> <br />Adjournment <br /> <br />Haas made motion, Petryk seconded, to adjourn at 7:38 p.m. <br /> <br />All Ayes.
