It is a <br />condition of approval that the easement area and maintenance agreement will need to be <br />reviewed and approved for the existing driveway. <br />7. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: <br />It's in staff s opinion that the request meets all the items required for a variance and CUP. <br />Staff recommends approval of the variance and CUP subject to the conditions listed in the <br />resolutions. <br />Staff recommends approval of the release of the covenant against parcel A and C, if the variance <br />and CUP are approved with the conditions listed in the resolutions. <br />8. PLANNING COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Planning Commission agreed that the applications met the criteria necessary to approve the <br />variance and CUP requests and recommended approval of the applications to the City Council, <br />subject to the conditions listed the resolutions. <br />The Planning Commission also recommended approval of the release of the covenant against <br />parcel 7355 177th Street North and 17530 Henna Avenue North, if the variance and CUP are <br />approved with the conditions listed in the resolutions. <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />1.
