Resolution 2020-9 <br /> Page 4 <br /> Miscellaneous <br /> a. The applicant shall revise the lot depth for Lot 1, Block 1, to be in compliance <br /> with the rear yard setback of 30 feet. <br /> b. The developer must obtain all necessary stormwater management and WCA <br /> permits from the City. <br /> c. The development shall comply with the Fire Chief s requirements regarding fire <br /> flow calculations, the location of fire hydrants, fire department connections, and <br /> fire lane signage. <br /> d. The Homeowners Association (HOA) documents for review and approval by <br /> staff. <br /> e. The developer shall obtain all necessary local, state, and federal permits. <br /> 12. Prior to the release of a final plat for recording, the developer must comply with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> f. The City's development fees will apply to this project. The fee amounts will be <br /> calculated and included as part of the Development Agreement. A development <br /> agreement shall be executed and all fees shall be paid. <br /> g. Park Dedication shall be paid for each lot platted in the amount of$2,400 per lot. <br /> 13. Prior to the issuance of building permits, the developer must comply with the <br /> following conditions. <br /> a.
