RESOLUTION 2020-5 <br /> APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SHARED <br /> DRIVEWAY FOR THE PROPERTIES GENERALLY LOCATED SOUTH OF <br /> 177TH STREET NORTH AND WEST OF HENNA AVENUE <br /> WHEREAS, Wayne Scanlan, Jodie Alwin, and Brent and Jane Krause have requested <br /> approval of a conditional use permit to allow a shared driveway for the properties <br /> generally located at 7355 177t" Street North, 17530 Henna Avenue North, and 17590 <br /> Henna Avenue. <br /> WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as follows: <br /> (See attached) <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br /> called public hearing on December 19, 2019, and recommends approval subject to the <br /> conditions listed in the conditional use permit. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br /> conditional use permit for a shared driveway on properties located at 7355 177t" Street <br /> North, 17530 Henna Avenue North, and 17590 Henna Avenue subject to the following <br /> conditions; <br /> 1.
