RESOLUTION 2020-2 <br /> APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A SHARED <br /> DRIVEWAY FOR THE PROPERTIES GENERALLY LOCATED NORTH OF <br /> 122ND STREET NORTH AND WEST OF JODY AVENUE NORTH <br /> WHEREAS, Jeff Penton and Shirley E. Nelson-Hill Revocable Trust have requested <br /> approval of a conditional use permit to allow a shared driveway for the properties <br /> generally located north of 122°d Street North and west of Jody Avenue North. <br /> WHEREAS, the subject properties are legally described as follows: <br /> (See attached) <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said conditional use permit at a duly <br /> called public hearing on December 19, 2019, and recommends approval subject to the <br /> conditions listed in the conditional use permit. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF HUGO, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the <br /> conditional use permit for a shared driveway on properties located generally located north <br /> of 122°d Street North and west of Jody Avenue North subject to the following conditions; <br /> 1. The Easement and Maintenance Agreement for the shared driveway shall be <br /> recorded at Washington County. <br /> 2.
