1 <br />•I. <br />www.ci.hugo.m 5 651-762-6300 <br />Minutes <br />HUGO CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP ON <br />PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br />CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM <br />WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2020 - 5:30 P.M. <br />PRESENT: Haas (via Skype), Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Public Works Director Scott Anderson, <br />Public Works Lead Worker Mike Loeffler, Finance Director Ron Otkin, Architect Jeff Oretel <br />Various scenarios were presented and cost estimates were discussed for an expansion of the <br />existing Public Works facility. Also being considered was several floor plans for a new structure <br />to be constructed on the Irish Avenue Park property. Staff was directed to formulate a finance <br />plan for construction of a 60,000 square foot building at Irish Avenue Park. <br />The meeting was tabled until Wednesday, February 19, 2020. <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Bryan J.
