Wetland impacts will be replaced using approved wetland bank credit from bank 1122 and 1601 at a 2:1 ratio requiring a total of 1.0814 acres of wetland bank credit. 3.) The applicant will mark the wetland boundaries of those wetland to be avoided to reduce the potential for additional wetland impacts during construction.
