<br />Minutes <br />HUGO CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP ON <br />PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY <br />CITY HALL CONFERENCE ROOM <br /> <br /> WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2020 - 5:30 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting held on February 10, 2020, reconvened at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Haas (via Skype), Klein, Miron, Petryk, Weidt <br />ABSENT: None <br />STAFF PRESENT: City Administrator Bryan Bear, Public Works Director Scott Anderson, <br />Finance Director Ron Otkin, Architect Jeff Oretel <br /> <br />As directed by Council at the last workshop, staff presented a finance plan for the cost of a new <br />Public Works building for discussion. Also discussed was the possible sale of the existing <br />structure to the White Bear Lake School District.
