PROPOSED MOTION: <br />Move approval of the attached notice vacating the drainage and utility easements located over all <br />of Outlot B, Adelaide Landing 41h Addition. <br />Move to approve the resolution approving the Final Plat for Adelaide Landing 51h Addition. <br />Approval of the Final Plat requires a 315 vote of the City Council. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF REQUEST: <br />The applicant is requesting a vacation of the existing drainage and utility easement located over <br />Outlot B, Adelaide Landing 41h Addition. Outlot B will be used for the development of Adelaide <br />Landing 51h Addition and other future phases. New drainage and utility easements will be placed <br />on the lots at the time the final plat is recorded. Staff is comfortable with the applicants request to <br />vacate the drainage and utility easements. <br />The applicant is requesting approval of a final plat in order to plat 79 lots and 3 outlots on a <br />parcel located east of Highway 61 and north of 1301h Street, which will develop a portion of <br />Outlot B Adelaide Landing 4th Addition. The site is currently vacant. <br />
