g) Park Dedication. The Developer agrees to pay a park dedication fee <br />of $1,128 per lot for residential development payable before the final plat is signed by the City. <br />Said fee shall be due for each of the 79 lots within the Plat (i.e. total due $89,112.00). <br />h) Cul-de-sac Escrow. N/A <br />i) Escrow for Street Signage. Developer shall deposit $5,000.00 into <br />an escrow account with the City. This amount represents an estimated cost of $500/sign for 10 sign <br />to be installed within the development. <br />j) WCA Escrow. N/A <br />k) Sanitary Sewer Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City a sanitary <br />sewer trunk fee in the amount of $128,928.00. This sum is calculated to be $1,632 per lot for the 79 <br />residential lots within this phase. <br />1) Water Trunk Fee. The Developer shall pay the City water trunk fee in the <br />amount of $92,904.00. This sum is calculated to be $1,960 per lot, with credit provided for the <br />stormwater reuse/irrigation system based on the anticipated reduction in water demand. The <br />reduction is calculated at 40%, resulting in a trunk water fee amount of $1,176 per lot. The total is <br />based on the reduced per unit fee applied to the 79 lots in the plat. <br />m) Watermain Oversizin Credit. redit. The Developer shall be provided a credit <br />for watermain oversizing in the amount of $65,736.00.
